letstwistagain SG Hi people, i seen some honda civic, lancer, nissan 240sx or those modified cars with this "siiii" sound when they change gear or acclerate hard. What is that thing that produce the sound? How do i get it? how much is it? What is it for? Thanks

LCL SG My answer to you is YES. Normal aspirated cars with BOV sounds fake and can even control VOLUME.

RevX SG actually BOV does have some use besides making noise. It actually can help to prolong the life of the turbo. This is because it gets rid of excess pressure built up during boost. but u do lose a bit of power for a split second if u want to accelerate again.
